Worst, the HR folks are not at all professional. They ask to switch on the camera but the interviewer camera is switched off. Don't know how to conduct a simple interview. When I asked questions, they were terrified. When the interview process is bogus, imagine how the internal company would be. Thank God I was saved.

The interview process was very smooth and well organized. The HR team was extremely polite, supportive, and responsive throughout the process. Communication was clear at every stage, and the interviewers created a comfortable environment to discuss technical skills and experience. Overall, it was a very positive and professional experience.
