A recruiter reached out to me. After initial phone screen with HR, I got invited to a panel interview. 6 Directors/Managers interviewed me, for a good 30 to 45 minutes each. I had the impression that these folks had no idea why I was even there. Luckily, the second round of interviews, scheduled for the following week was cancelled for some reasons, thus avoiding me to waste more time.
