After 5 and a half interviews with various people in the organization, I have just been ghosted afterwards, no rejection, no offer and no reply to my email inquiring about what happened. These are the type of recruiters that lead all candidates to be frustrated and disrespect the recruiting industry. I don't mind being rejected but not even being able to get an email after the amount of time I invested in the process made a really bad impression on my and I would never recommend anyone to apply to such a company. The interviews themselves were repetitive as if no one aligned on what will be focused on during the next round. The company itself seems very traditional with an old school mentality.
