It was a formal interview with lots of prepared questions and expectations that I would supply lots of very specific examples. Good interviewer -- a straight shooter who played her cards close to her vest.
Tip: When asked about your biggest area of difficulty as an employee, say that you have trouble saying "no." This a thing... learning that we all have limited capacity, and that, in order to stay focused on our priorities, we have to learn to diplomatically say "no" to some requests at work.
