Icebreaker at the start followed by a trading-based game which included having to add numbers every 60 seconds and then come up with a competitive bid/ask price based on the number.

Initial online assessment which was very straight forward. Then an assessment centre where you had to play a game - trading pit. Trading pit consisted of other candidates and you had to market make based on the card that appeared. Higher card number would increase the market and vice verca. Did not progress past this stage.
