Interview
STAY AWAY, bad interview process, waste of time. Got rejected by them and then I got an offer from a FANG company. Wasted 2 weeks just on the assignment. They told me the salary the average engineer (midlevel) similar to me makes at their company, it was below average, close to 100k , no 401k match.
1) Recruiter contacted me via Linkedin, seemed like a great company.
2) Had an online tech screen that was average and I passed it got a great review.
3) Got a take home assignment, they were vague and didn't specify the requirements, took a week to do it. Given I work fulltime and this was a small project, all the functionality they asked for was there. I tested it and it worked. They reviewed and asked for me to complete another assignment, should have stopped right there.

Question 1
One leetcode hard , very similar to Google interviews , the salary the recruiter talked about is MUCH lower than average NYC comanies, and one leetcode medium, some HR type questions: such as what is the hardest problem you've worked on. Strange long and useless assignment. Not worth my time, regret applying.
One knowledge interview and one technical interview afterwards. Knowledge was fine. During the tech one, the interviewer was not listening. The problem was a standard one. Got rejected after second round.

Screening RH, qui mentor durant le process, puis deux rounds, le deuxième avec 4 test différents. Bon feedback tout du long. C'est fluide et le RH est là pour aider à préparer les sujets.

Posteriormente, pasé a una entrevista técnica de aproximadamente una hora, enfocada principalmente en el desarrollo, integración y securización de APIs. También discutimos estrategias de despliegue, monitorización y gestión de recursos en la nube utilizando el ecosistema de Azure. Por último, realizamos un ejercicio conversacional sobre buenas prácticas de código y arquitectura. Fue un proceso fluido y el equipo fue muy profesional.
