I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dealer-FX in Apr 2018
Interview
The process took a while to get started. I had researched the company heavily. I LinkedIn or spoke with many people that work at D-FX. They were very positive about the company.
1. Phone Screen with recruiter
2. Call with hiring manager
3. Phone interview with a manager vertical to my prospective manager
4, Sykpe interview with VP of the department
Everyone was engaging during the process. It was clear that they want proactive people that fit into their amazing culture. They are more interested in your vision for the future than your past. Kris Tierney has a video on YouTube that you should watch if you interview here. They conduct an interview like a discussion rather than an inquisition.

Question 1
Name three characteristics about yourself that you feel best describe you.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dealer-FX (Texas, LA) in Nov 2024
Interview
Had a brief zoom call with a recruiter, and shortly thereafter, a more comprehensive interview with Regional Manager that lasted an hour. Process went quickly and smoothly. Had to email recruiter to check on my status as a candidate 2 weeks later, but promptly received a "canned" response that I was no longer under consideration. Most companies that I have interviewed with over the past few years have set the bar INCREDIBLY low, so I feel that their response times were mostly acceptable and the process was fair. It appears based on my research that compensation for this role is 25k-35k less than it was prior to COVID.
