The interview process took about four weeks and involved three different recruiter changes, which made the experience feel disorganized. Candidates were asked to complete a time-consuming take-home assignment in the form of a presentation. Following that, there was a peer interview with someone who clearly lacked interviewing skills, making the conversation unproductive. Shortly afterward, I was informed that the company had decided to close the role altogether due to “internal discussions.” Overall, the process felt like a waste of time and showed little respect for candidates’ effort.
