Degica interview questions

No respect for candidates. I received an offer for an interview 20 days after applying for the position. I responded and then sent a follow up email after not hearing back. Eventually a month later I got an email that they decided not to proceed with the interview.

Everything went smoothly. All interviewers showed up on time, which I really appreciated. They were humble and created a relaxed atmosphere — no intimidating vibes at all. The conversations felt enjoyable and respectful throughout. Each stage usually took anywhere from 1 day to about a week to hear back. Occasionally, it took up to two weeks, but that was mostly due to holidays or scheduling conflicts between me and the interviewers.
