The process was about a month long. It was first a virtual interview and then a screening phone call and then a 3 hour super day (with 3 interviews and a sales role play) and finally one last 30 min interview.

Horrible. Interviewers were from tiny schools and hated bigger schools. They seemed to think Dell was Goldman Sachs’s and had the wrong priorities. Very disappointed process overall. Three hour interview at the end with the same questions three times
