There were basically three rounds 1.Online Test - Conducted by AMCAT 2.Group Discussion 3.Interview Online Test : It consisted of Quant,Logical and Verbal reasoning questions.It was a 90min test and was question adaptive.The overall quuestions were easy if someone is already practising them.Around 1400 appeared for this online test and 132 members were shortlisted.I'm one of the lucky one's. Group Discussion : All 132 members are divided into 11 groups.Here the GD is of case study type,they will will give you a real time client problem and a set to questions to solve the problem.You should work as a team and should propose best plan for the client's problem.(They look at various things-communication skills,team work etc..;don't be a dominant speaker).Out of 132 members 68 were shortlisted for the interview. Interview : Interviews were two rounds,one round depending on the interviewer that if they might needed a second opinion about the candidate.I had only one round of interview(HR+TR).They were two interviewers.My interview took about 32 minutes.They basically look at professionalism, like how you present yourself and are your communication. I had only 1 round of interview,a few members had 2 or 3 rounds of interview.Then after 4hrs of prolonged waiting we gathered in our seminar hall for the results.Literally these 4 hours were a nightmare as we were so tensed and couldn't think of anything except 'DELOITTE'(we were so obsessed).Finally my name was called (I was very happy ,was not able to stand as my legs were shaking literally.) The overall interview process was really good and the deloitte team also made sure that we don't feel tensed and took utmost care in the interview process.
