I applied through an internal referral. I was contacted by the recruiter 2 weeks after submission, followed by 4 interviews with the hiring team. The whole process took around a month. The recruiter was very nice and responsive. Everything went smoothly. Got my offer a week after the last interview.

Question 1
Why Deloitte? Went through my experience listed on the resume. Asked about the systems I used in my previous work experience.
Video interviews with 3-4 people, beginning with an initial phone screen, and then meeting with managers, senior managers, partners. No real technical questions were asked. It was really more of a vibe test.

Interview
The process consisted of an initial screening after applying online. I then had a call with a Senior Manager and a Partner on the team that I applied for. Both were really friendly and nice to talk to. I ultimately did not take the position but the recruiter from Deloitte was very understanding and actually excited for me about the role I decided to accept instead of Deloitte's.
