5th (final) Stage: Video Interview with employee in that field
The situation judgement test and numerical reasoning is very standard for this industry and is no easier or harder than normal.
The virtual pre-recorded video interview focuses on competency based questions such as teamwork, leadership etc.
The final stage interview is again mainly focused on competency based questions but there will be 1 or 2 job specific questions mainly asking what you know about the role. At the end there is an opportunity to ask any questions so it is worthwhile have a couple prepared.
