I got my interview through NSBE conference by submitting my resume on IMPAK. They contacted me on the day of the conference and set up the interview. To prepare for this interview , I looked up behavioral interview questions and answers to them(as many as possible). Some of the questions asked include: Why you want to work for delta? Give an example of when you led a group? Do you prefer working in groups or individually?
