Applied online, they gave me a call to set up an interview. Called me back a couple days later for a second interview. Then met with HR and about 2-3 weeks later was offered a job.

They reviewed my resume, asked me what job position I was applying for. Asked me questions like- Tell me about yourself, Why dental assisting? What didn't you like about your past job? Why would you be a good fit?
