I applied through LinkedIn, and my profile was selected. It was a easy process, 1st round with Hr and 2nd round with the 3 member panel. I was selected for the role and same day HR asked me to submit the documents. I submitted the documents and later after a week when i followed up, HR replied my profile is on hold.

There were 3 rounds of interview out of which 2 were technical and 1 was mixed of both technical and situational. The questions were pretty good, and the interviewers were also very positive about taking me into their role. After all the 3 rounds are over, they conveyed to me that the role is already filled up by someone internally and they do not require any more resources. Like seriously!!! After so many preparations, you take someone internally and completely ignore our efforts. Plus, they also told me that they can consider me for another position but at end recruiter had 1 sentence "will get back to you soon". I srsly feel there is some issue in their HR department as they are not aligned with the outside world.
