I interviewed at Denver Parks and Recreation (Denver, CO)
Interview
Very kind and thoughtful people, very easy and intuitive interview process. Keep an eye on your phone because they call to set up an interview. Great place to work with kind and thoughtful people.
The interview process was really easy and straightforward. It was done over the phone and didn’t take long at all—probably around 10-15 minutes. They asked basic questions about my availability, any certifications I had (like CPR or lifeguard training), and a few situational questions, like how I would handle emergencies or deal with rule enforcement. The vibe was super relaxed, and overall, it was a smooth process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Denver Parks and Recreation (Denver, CO)
Interview
The questions were pretty standard, but the interviewers were disinterested and inconvenienced to be there. When it was my turn to ask questions they didn't seem to answer in a genuine way they pick basic and vague responses.
