Was only invited to one interview. Spanish I believe is a big sticking point, you have to be able to speak spanish. I was conversational.No offense, but I believe the emphasis should be on the workers learning english in a english speaking country not me being fluent in spanish, But neither here nor there. More than likely not paying workers livable wages hence the need for fluent spanish. Other than that everyone was nice, straight forward interview.
