Answered original online posting. Sent in Resume and was contacted by their "Talent Management" Screened by a few questions, then sent on to one on one interview with the Territory Sales Manager. Unfortunately there was a good amount of canned questions. "Tell me about a time where????? " Followed by "How did you????" Where do you see yourself in 5 years / 10 years??
The people seemed pleasant, but the structure will lend itself to the "lone wolf mentality". It seems you are on your own for a great deal

Phoned by a HR lady, asked some routine questions, such like current job, the reason why to leave, the reason to join Wincor, expected salary. Then face to face interview took place between the direct report and myself. that's all.
