Interview
The interview was pretty casual. The Store Manager set an appointment with me to come into her office at the store. She was the only one there, so it was a one on one interview. It took about two to three weeks before I was called in for an interview after submitting my resume and cover letter. The front desk was cordial and pointed me into where the executive offices were, and the store Manager was cheery and lively.

Question 1
If there was two employees fighting, you were dealing with a customer who had a complaint, and you got a call that the bathroom was flooding... How would you handle that situation.
Very unorganized, no one knew what the other managers were doing. Norma the shoe manger was a nasty person and doesn’t like caucasians. Very back stabbing & they treat sales associates like trash.
I was heavily recruited. It was a smooth process. It consisted of 2 interviews. It was consistent with other retailers. The questions were answered and it was inviting . That’s all I have to say about my experience at Dillards
