I was approached by a recruiter then had a phone screening with the COO. There were some odd questions and at one point it felt like I was giving him ideas and pointers not to show my skills but because he didn't know the answers and needed a resource. Super nice; but the company has an overall "young" feel.
I decided to not continue the process when I found out the next steps were a 3 hours onsite, a separate presentation, and a 2 hour writing assignment. At this point in my career, this was overkill.
