Talked with District manager about the job and expectations. Asked about budget for staff. Talked about work week, days off, medical insurance, benefits. Talked about seasonal hiring, employee evaluations and store policies. The interview was about what I expected for this type of job.

It went well. Everyone was very polite and honest. The interviewer was kind and very thoughtful. The question they asked were very interesting to me. It was really good and quick. I would recommend.

Interview
First, I was contacted by a corporate recruiter, who did an initial screening. Then had a discussion about the job duties and other details with hiring manager. Then interviewed with entire team.
The process but the assessment alot of candidates couldn't pass. They need to just stop with the hard assessments... And if you fail you can't take until another 6 mos
