I applied online. I interviewed at Domino's Pizza UK (Saint Helens, West Midlands, England, England) in Oct 2019

Interview

I applied at Dominos in St Helens (Merseyside) on Indeed, I’ve received a call from Dominos on a Friday evening, asking if I was still interested in the delivery driver position. Over the phone he asked me 1 question: “How long do you hold your licence for?”; I’ve explained I passed my test recently, about 2 months ago but I’ve experience driving my own car for about 2 years. All I’ve been told was: “Don't you worry, Would you like to come in for an interview tomorrow”; I was happy, he told me to bring all my documents with me. Saturday, I went in and the member of staff didn't look like they were ready for me at all. After about 10 minutes waiting, a very young man explained how everything works at Dominos, he seemed very nice and took my availability, he told me I may be able to start next Saturday. He asked me to come back on Monday with all my documents (what I already had to take with me -.-‘). So, On Monday I went in again. I met a different guy.. well, He photocopied my passport and asked for my driving licence, Then he was checking it for a while and he said as I don't hold my licence for a year, I can’t get the job, sorry for wasting your time, come back next year if still interested. I mean OMG. I couldn't believe. They asked me the main question over the phone but made me believe it’s ok and made me attend TWICE in person to tell me, I’ve never had a chance working for them, at least not for another 10 months. If any managers from Dominos are reading this, and it is true, PLEASE UPDATE YOUR JOB DESCRIPTIONS to avoid disappointment and WASTING APPLICANTS TIME!!!!!!!!- as They do not state this crucial requirement to work for you on your ads!!!! Well, I definitely lost my appetite for dominos pizza for a while x)

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Domino's Pizza UK (Glasgow, Scotland, Scotland) in Feb 2019

Interview

Very very easy. No competency-based or silly questions; purely questions relevant to the job such as "Do you have your own car?" "Do you have any points on your licence?" "How many years of no claims do you have?" And you're made to fill out the HMRC forms to start the job there and then.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Domino's Pizza UK (Mold, Wales, Wales)

Interview

I arrived on time and waited outside for five minutes as the door was locked, there was me and one other person to be Interviewed. The door was opened and we were let in, however the staff thought that we were customers and had no idea of the interviews. So we were told to wait for the manger and I ended up being interviewed ten minutes late. The interview was easy, went well and didn’t last long. My email was taken and I was told I would hear from them by the next day. I didn’t however receive any further communication which I found really rude and unprofessional, I understand no replies on job applications but not when it comes to interviews. There is no reason why I shouldn’t have been employed and no opportunity to gain feedback was given.
