After a recruiter screening, you get a take home assignment. It is pretty open ended, and you can put a TON of time into it, and you have 48 hours to submit. If I was working a full time job, I would have had to do it over the weekend, because I put a full 2 days into it. It is basically a large data set, and you need to analyze and make recommendations. The data set is imperfect (intentionally, to see how you will use the date), so you can't just get in there and start building pivot tables. If you pass that, you do 2 sets of 2 interviews back to back with team members. Some seem to be very focused on relationships and culture, some are more strategic questions (If you saw a trend in data of restaurants doing X, how would you interpret that?). Then, a final interview with a higher up manager. I made it ot the final round but lost out to one person.
