I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Dr. Martens plc (Belfast City Centre, Northern Ireland) in Feb 2026
Interview
It was a group interview that consisted of a set of group tasks. The staff were very approachable, encouraging and helpful with the process. We had to go around in a circle and provide our experiences before then splitting off into groups and completing each of their tasks.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dr. Martens plc in Mar 2026
Interview
I was invited to a group assessment centre through Microsoft Teams. It started with everyone introducing themselves, and us talking a bit about ourselves, our hobbies, favourite karaoke song, how we would describe Dr. Martens as a brand. We then had an activity where we had to talk about our favourite pair of Dr. Martens and HOW would would sell them to a customer. The next task was group work where we discussed all stages of the customer journey. We were then told the following week an outcome.
