I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DraftKings (Boston, MA) in Nov 2017
Interview
I applied by the company website. The next day I was contacted by email by a recruiter cc:’d with a second recruiter requesting a 20-30 minute telephone interview. I replied all with my availability and received a second email confirming the date/time and my phone number. I replied confirming the information. The recruiter did not call me at the scheduled time. After waiting 20 minutes I sent an email to both recruiters saying are we still scheduled for a call to discuss the position and received no response. I checked my spam folder just in case I missed an email, but no. My phone number was correct on all our communications. This is the first time I’ve ever been stood up for a job interview. Just really unprofessional and rude.
The interview process was smooth with 3 rounds technical, 2 rounds behavioral. The questions were fair game and recruiter will give context up on technical interviews beforehand if you simply ask.

Overall, the recruiter was very responsive and stayed on top of everything throughout the process. Communication was quick, clear, and organized. The entire interview experience felt smooth and well-coordinated, so I really can’t complain — it was a solid process from start to finish.
