Horrible experience with the recruiter (L.G). Multiple times she wanted to talk, but then didn't show up. She was never honest or consistent with what she said. She texted me and used the "F-word". That said, I got great interview feedbacks from all interviewers, and I certainly enjoyed the interviews. I got the offer too. It's such a shame that the recruiter who represents the company to candidate could destroy the company image like that.

Worst "ghosting" experience ever. Had a 30 minute conversation with the recruiter, who passed me on to a phone screen of 45 min with the Hiring Manager. A week later got a message inviting me to onsite, I shared the dates, all the dates pass by no response, one week hence, again same message asking me for dates, more dates followed with no response again. A follow up with the recruiter got an answer that the role has been filled but there is another role if I am interested. Again dates, dates, dates, no response, no follow up. This is the drama that continued for 4+ weeks. I checked the company's values, ghosting or keeping somebody in the limbo was not one of them, not sure what the issue is, if it is even the norm. Interesting got a survey mail to share the candidate experience.
