Panel video call with the leadership team. The call went well, then I was ghosted. The only follow up communication was a very generic rejection email. This is a good window into their culture, their integrity and how they treat people who give up their valuable time.

Canned questions from an inexperienced manager who sold dog food (really) in the past, pretending to understand the medical market and business organization. Conversational with others. A small company with guidance from their masters, an equity firm that owns them. Budgetary monitoring is mandated and closely monitored. The idea of the company is great but the reality is not. Hurdles are everywhere.
