Dunnes Stores Sales Assistant interview questions

Easy- they clearly were desperate for sales assistants. Interview talked about strengths and weaknesses and any previous experience. They also asked if this related to this role and if you used any machinery (click in systems) etc before.

the interviewer was friendly made me feel welcomed. I thought the questions were pretty straight forward around how I would deal with customers and challenging situation. I found one of the questions was more difficult- how would I deal with a challenging customer

Straight forward easy questions focus on customer experience. Two rounds. Face to face onsite. Nice experience overall k would recommend. Ask for examples of difficult situations and how handle complaints and returns. Good training.

Get to know you process, some normal interview questions to see how you respond in certain situations. Pleasant interview structure, just relax and be yourself with some minor preparation. Be personable and show them you will be a responsible employee.

pretty quick and relatively easy, the hr manager was friendly when interviewing but once I got the job she wasn't nice. basic questions that were easy to answer and got the job

Pleasant experience constructive questions and good feedback. Face to face interview with two people in one of the stores merting rooms. Very figure abd people focused. Nice environment. Feedback via phone was constructive and follow up good. Weekend work . Not ideal. Overall positive experience.

Very comfortable and easy going. Casual conversation but lovely interview. Asked about past experience and interpersonal skills. Did not have previous experience with sales but was open to learning and shadowing. Very quick to respond to follow ups as well.

it was only about ten minutes she was lovely just asked a few questions about my cv. asked about my previous work and what my strengths and weakness were. the girl doing interview made me feel very at ease and smiled a lot which made it easier
