Interview
It was a regular interview nothing spectacular, basic questions and explained when training would be. You don’t have to bring anything but an ID. They will schedule your drug test after the interview
Hired through a hiring agency. I did a phone interview then hired, not too hard. Basically your run of the mill job interview questions. What did you do previously & how would that translate into you doing customer service.

Interview
It was very easy as they seem to hire anyone. They have a very strict dress code, that no one abides by. Nothing negative in regards to the process. The Interviewer was very nice.

I applied online. It took about 2 days to hear from and interview with a recruiter. Straight forward interview with basic call center questions. Recruiter interview to main interview was less than a week.
