Short phone interview with owner and direct supervisor, asked about general interest on construction and willingness to learn. Heard back within 2 days of the interview and started the day after accepting the offer

Upon acknowledgement that the owner was interested in my resume, an interview was quickly scheduled. This was a one hour interview with offer given at the end of the interview.
