I applied online. The process took 1 weeks. I interviewed via online.At first you submit your CV, once that's done you will be emailed in regards to a video interview. However, I had been rejected.

The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EE (London, England) in Jan 2015

Interview

Online application which required basic details and submission of CV, following this I was required to complete some online situational judgment tests. Then there was a video interview and if you passed this stage then you are invited to attend an assessment day which consists of a group task, individual presentation and then a one to one interview.

I have seen a people coming out of their masters in EE being offered high compensation, like 100k in stock and 30k bonus on top of competitive salaries... Does this seem like a reasonable compensation for not smaller companies (No Apple/Microsoft level companies)?

PIP and ADA advice needed. EE has ongoing performance issues - creating a hostile work environment, refusing to work with various people, not performing essential role responsibilities. I recommended termination and asked the manager for any final concerns that could come up. Response was "well, they've mentioned having disabilities a few times, but I don't know what they are so it's fine." Thinking I proceed with PIP and give opportunity for ADA claim if related?

I have had 2 interviews thus far with a company one with the Sr HR mgr and another with a hiring manager. I was informed that I would be moving to the next steps. What could that be being that I have already interviewed with the hiring manager?

Recruiter called me hours after my 2nd interview to tell me the conversations went well. I sent thank you email 2 business days after the interview & they replied saying they would know next steps by end of week. It's been 7 business days since that & 2 weeks since the interview. When is an appropriate time for a second follow up? The listing is still up and got reposted on LinkedIn. Sometimes that is automatic, but does this mean they are looking for a better fit and I am the back-up plan?

I applied for an internal position and had an informal conversation with the hiring manager. He didn’t seem sold on me and said he’d talk to my current manager to come with a development plan, but that has not happened. A candidate came into interview today and I never got any further update on my application. So, I’m assuming I’m not being considered. I found another opportunity posted today that’s not as big a promotion and at a different location. Is it ok apply even though I have one open?
