The first interview was to better know each other, general questions about myself, and why I want to join. The second interview was a technical one based on work-related topics. The third interview was in person in Neuchatel, Switzerland, and was about programming techniques and principles and not specifically aiming to the technical side (as I would expect). All the parties involved were friendly and also very professional.
