We understand candidates can be disappointed at having the recruiting process discontinued due to a poor fit, but we ensure all interviews are conducted fairly and professionally. We consider the first interview to be an introduction to the company and the position. The second interview is used to ensure the candidate's experience and skill set would be a good fit for the position. In this case, the interviewer did not find the candidate to be the best fit for the position for reasons unrelated to the state of their mental health. When we don’t think a candidate is a fit, we may offer suggestions for what we think they will be successful with, which is not a mental health assessment. Since Glassdoor allows candidates to post anonymously, candidates have no adverse effect for leaving disparaging reviews. If candidates had to have a profile like employers, they would likely restrain their urge to leave something nasty about their interaction with us.
