Ich habe mich online beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte 2 Wochen. ErsterVorstellungsgespräch hat schön durchgefürht. Und der Leiter sagt, vielleicht werde ich nochmal dabei fahren. Deswegen möchte ich sehen, wie läuft der Vorstellungsgespräch ab.

Haben Sie noch Fragen über die Stelle? Diese Frage hat der Leiter dreimal gesagt.
Detaillierte Vorstellung der Firma und der angebotenen Stelle.
Ausführliche Darstellung der Konditionen, Weiterbildungs- und Karrieremöglichkeiten und Erläuterung des Einarbeitungsablaufes.

Interview
1st Interview with the hiring manager and the recruiter. The questions were centered around previous project, my capabilities and what kind of role I am looking for.
Unfortunately I had to decline the offer due to personal reasons.
2nd Interview with hiring manager and second manager in person. Very easy-going athmosphere centered around my skillset, how I can use my skills for the company and what roles they would be able to offer me.
All in all one of the best interview experiences I had over the course of my job search. Very level headed interviewers that lead open discussions.
