Interview
First is online application followed by a psychometric testing and finally an assessment centre.
The psychometric testing is quite long and is broken into two parts. If you pass the first part, you are invited to complete the second part.

They asked generic behavioural interview questions
The whole process was good, the recruiters were nice and had a good impression of the company. After the final interview I received positive feedbacks and then I have been ghosted, they didn’t even answer to the follow-ups
An interractive accounting/consulting test with a very gamified interface. They first sent an email confirming my application then a link to the gamified consulting/financial advisory experience. Then the experience is ended with a 1 way video interview with a very short time to prepare.

Interview
Psychometric test with one video question at the end. Reading comprehension, numerical, pattern recognition and then a singular question video interview. Very standard process, similar to other large consulting companies.
