Interview
Brief, standard, and quite honestly unfair. I walked into the interview and it felt as if the position I was applying for was filled from the second I sat down. Interviewer seemed tired and uninterested. His comments were fairly derogatory of my achievements and it lasted for about a maximum of 15 minutes.
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.

The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and showed genuine interest in my past experiences and personal interests. Questions covered my extracurricular activities, background, and motivations for applying for the role.
