I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EasyPost (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
I had an awful experience with EasyPost. It started with some basic culture phone screens, and then I heard nothing for a few weeks. I checked back in via email, and all the sudden I had interviews set up (clearly they forgot about me). The in-person interviews took 2.5 hours! It involved multiple people not related to my role asking me a bunch of random questions. 2 out of the 4 people who spoke to me admitted: "I'm not really sure why I'm included in this process. I don't have a whole lot to contribute to your role." Then proceeded to ask me questions for 30 minutes each. Didn't receive an offer after, and just felt like a huge waste of my time. I took work off for that interview. The CFO was very condescending toward me; didn't take the interview seriously at all and even mocked part of my job at my current company. Very amateur, and very telling of the company and the people who work for it.

Question 1
there were so many random questions I can't even think of one that would be specific to the job
