Two part interview. First part talking about location preferences and general get to know you questions. Second part was longer and more detailed. Made sure females interviewed females, which made the process more comfortable.

Then I stopped by the booth in the career fair to talk to the representative. Scheduled the interview after a week. 2 face to face interviews 30 min each on the same day
