El Paso Electric interview questions

The interview process was very thorough and the people were welcoming. I was walked though the building to get a feel or everyday operations and the people I would be working with. They could improve on the timeliness of notifying the result of the selection process.

Panel Interview with approximately 10 questions. The first questions were character based followed by a few situational questions and technical questions. Technical questions were related to the overall field as well as public information about the company.
