The interview was conducted by two data team leads with a laid back approach from the offset. The interview lasted around 40 minutes with a mixture of scenario based and compentecy based questions. The interview itself and the manner in which it was conducted was satisfactory but unfortunately the rest of the hiring process was dissapointing to say the least. After the interview concluded I was told confidently by one of the managers that I would know the outcome of the interview by the following week. It was important for me to find out the outcome of the interviews within a reasonable date as my contract was coming to a close with my current employer. After nearly 3 weeks i rang for the second time this time leaving my name to ask if they where any closer to a decision only to find a short time later that in my online careers profile my current status for this job was "unsuccessful" and found that I recieved an email saying that I "wasn't shortlisted for an interview". I recieved zero feedback and I also found it extra frustrating less than half an hour after I made the call they suddenly came to a decision.
