Interview process was exceedingly long with very little feedback. From the time of first contact from internal recruiter to finally hearing if I was moving on or not was at least 4 months. I think that it is unfair for companies to not reply to emails in a timely fashion. Potential employees need to know where they stand.

First, a general phone conversation with an HR representative confirming data from CV. After about a week, direct, about 40 min. conversation with the Manager. Nice, culturally and stress-free.General questions about the position and experience.
