I attended the interview process approximately two months ago through a well-known recruiting agency. The interview was conducted by a panel of four members, and I approached it with confidence and clarity. I believe I responded thoughtfully to the questions, and the overall discussion was engaging and comfortable. However, since the interview, I have not received any communication from either the organization or the agency. This lack of response has been quite disappointing. While I understand that not all candidates are selected, I would have appreciated a formal update or feedback regarding the outcome. I had strong expectations for this opportunity, which makes the complete silence even more disheartening.
