The phone interview then in person interview. The pphone interview was preliminary basic situational type questions. Then I flew to Atlanta for an interview with the manager and a surgeon, I also had a separate interview the same day with a Physician Assistant. They asked pretty standard questions nothing that threw me off, more workplace situation type questions and questions about myself/qualities.

Very easy going. The providers are nice as well as recruitment team. Training went well. Orientation is a little longer than expected. Depending on the office you may can dress professional or wear the provided work uniform.

It was a long-drawn-out process even with an employee referral. Alert, when it is not a huge hiring spree they don't pull applications. Get a referral from someone even if seems like begging just to get in the door.
