Interview
After a 1st and 2nd phone interview (I lived out of state), I was interviewed by 4 people, Human Resources, the Dept manager & Assistant manager and Director of resort. They scheduled it back to back since I traveled out of state so got it all done at once.

Question 1
Most questions were basic / general questions about working with people, what was done in the past in certain situations, how would you handle a specific dilema, etc. Spoke about job experience connected to the job in question.
