Interview
Initially contacted by recruiter, spoke with division manger over the phone and scheduled in person interview. Had in person interview with division manager than 2 other Phone interviews with another division manager and regional manager. Large focus on quota, salary is based on quota with potential to bonus after hitting monthly number. I was told multiple times that their offer was a contract and that contract was based on “We will pay you a salary to get X amount of Medicare” if you don’t hit your Medicare you are breaking that contract.
The interview process was quick and easy. Several interview levels. Decision in a few days. The interview process was easy. Questions were standard. Included a peer review interview as well.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Encompass Health (Saginaw, TX)
Interview
I completed 2 phone calls and 2 video interviews. I had to constantly follow up to schedule times and some of them were cancelled last minute. Then I was ghosted and never heard back. Complete waste of time.
What I found most troubling was that HR sent me an email requesting 5 references before either a telephone interview or a face to face meeting. I informed my references to be on the lookout for theEncompass questionnaire which they immediately completed giving me perfect scores. 2 weeks later, no invitation for an interview. A waste of my references’ and my time.
I sent an email to HR commenting on my experience. At least I received an apology...
