Interview
The interviews were well organised with pre-explained agenda in each and every interview. The panel was very knowledgable and does not ask any silly questions. Unlike some other tech companies, they don't ask something unreasonable which needs tricky algorithms.

It was a campus recruitment process."Can you describe a time when you had to explain a complex technical concept to a non-technical audience? How did you approach it?"
Candidate: "Sure! In one of my previous roles, I was tasked with writing a user guide for a new software tool that our development team had just launched. The tool had a lot of advanced features aimed at software engineers, but the user guide was also intended for project managers and business analysts, who were not as technically inclined.
I started by thoroughly understanding the software myself—by using it, talking to the developers, and reading through any available documentation. Once I had a good grasp of the tool, I created an outline for the user guide that separated technical details from basic usage instructions.
