      Interview

I was initially excited when the Recruiting Director proactively reached out to me regarding the opportunity. Our conversation was engaging, and she did an excellent job communicating the role and providing a clear picture of the company and its values. She mentioned that I would hear back by the end of the week, which I appreciated. However, not only did I not hear back by the promised timeline, but after following up with an email, I still didn’t receive any response. This is concerning, especially when a company emphasizes the importance of prioritizing the candidate experience—only to leave candidates hanging. The lack of follow-through doesn’t reflect well on the company’s commitment to its own values. In my experience, when a company doesn’t do what it says it will do and disregards how candidates are treated, it raises red flags about how they operate internally.

      Question 1

During the interview, I was asked to walk through my resume, highlight the growth I supported, and discuss the size of the recruiting teams I’ve led.
