It was fairly straightforward. We went over my resume and experience. They wanted to know why I wanted to work there and what motivated me to apply to their organization.

They asked me very basic questions about my experience with Microsoft office and data management.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Community Partners in Feb 2024
Interview
Phone screening followed by 1-hour interview with team members. Writing samples and reference checks after final interview. Very friendly and conversational interviews with team members who were really passionate and genuine.
