There were 3 interviews, all behavioral and similar questions, where they wanted to see you utilize the STAR method. 1. Intro interview with an HR person. 2. Interview with 2 supervisor level accountants in person. 3. Interview with business manager and controller in person. They want to see your personality and the things that are “unteachable”. They coach you after each interview if you ask.

Hypothetical Questions: There were also a few hypothetical questions, where they asked how I would handle certain situations if they came up in the future.
